In this episode I sit down with Debbie Harbec  a certified life coach and yoga teacher living in beautiful Montreal, Canada.

She helps women over 40 reconnect with their bodies and themselves, so they can feel their best as they navigate perimenopause, menopause, and all the lifestyle changes midlife can bring.
