Are you Committed?

When you are asked if you are committed , it is easy to quickly answer yes and to move on.

But are you being authentic in your YES?

Are you really committed? Do you really want it? Is your passion really worth pursuing? Does your work bring you joy.

To fully honor a commitment you must be honest in how you answer these questions. To be committed to something means that you are all in, even when it comes to risk and fear. You know that uncertainty and fear exists, and you welcome it with vulnerability and acceptance.

When we commit from this place, we are able to experience change.

In working with clients, I have heard people say they are passionate about what they are doing and they want to help people. When I ask them if they are committed they tell me, of course.

I typically follow up with questions such as, how are you spending and receiving money or what financial goals are keeping you accountable?

In order to be fully committed you have to to honor all the pieces, especially those that make you uncomfortable.

Are you committed to being financially successful in your business?

I am ready to hear your story!

I would love to hear how you are already committed or what obstacles are holding you back?
