Developing a Sustainable practice in Life

How do you walk into a new year, a new decade?

It feels a little overwhelming when we think about all the intentions we may have or the expectations from others.

The truth is we can have all the positive intentions in the world.  We can set goals and look to achieve them but we often struggle to create sustainability.

It is so easy to get caught in cycles where we are abundant one month and then in scarcity mode the next.

We love the feeling when things are flowing but feel as though they will not last forever, so we grasp and hold onto what we may have done or what may have worked in the past.

The ability to stay in the flow and to allow for prosperity and abundance is possible.

You are the one stopping yourself from receiving.

You are the one with the dialogue, the story the patterns or the behaviors that create stagnation.

How do you start to see things differently?

To move forward rather than constantly looking back?

It starts with identification of the patterns, stories and relationships you have developed around money.

Once identified, ask yourself what will it take to change?

For most of us this is not the first time we have brought something to the light and then danced around it while receiving the same results.

When you are ready to expose your stories and create change, I will be here to hold space.

The risk of showing up to life as you truly are is more rewarding than living out a story that no longer belongs to you.

How will you choose to start today?
